Become a Ball Kid for the Brass

Last updated: Jan 25, 2012 4:59 PM

The Kansas City Brass would like to invite any and all youth soccer players to volunteer as Ball Kids for any of the club’s eight home games.

The club needs a minimum of six Ball Kids per game at each home game to retrieve balls that go out of play during the game. Water is provided. All home games are on Field 1 at the Overland Park Soccer Complex, 13700 Switzer.

Ball Kids will get the closest possible view of a high-quality Premier Development League game between the Brass and their opponent. The PDL is the top amateur league in the United States. Some of the players who play both for and against the Brass have gone on to play professional soccer, both in the United States and abroad.

This is an ideal opportunity for young players to be exposed to and inspired by players on the cusp of professional soccer.

To become a Ball Kid, click on the Contact link above for information on how to contact Alan Blinzler.
